You will receive the same products as shown in the picture unless they are out of stock, then we can send you either a replacement or we can contact you so you have the choice to choose something else.

We aim to restock items which are out of stock as quickly as possible unless they are not available from our supplier then it can sometimes take a little bit longer to stock.

Once the products are dispatched it shouldn’t take more than 2-3 days for you to receive your order.

Yes, you are able to collect your order if you live locally, we have a click and collect option in our checkout.

Yes you can, If you want to send your order as a gift to someone who lives in a different address, you will need to put there address on the shipping address and put your details on the payment address, so we will require both details.

Order is dispatched the same day if placed before 3pm, any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next day, unless the items are out of stock then we will contact you and let you know.
